AbraQuest library management system - support services

Cost Effective SupportCost effective support

Technical support is provided as follows:
  • 9am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday except Bank holidays
  • By telephone (01204 883583) and email (support@abraquest.co.uk)
  • We aim to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours
  • Support is provided for the latest release only
Support includes:
  • Minor Software updates / releases
  • Subscription to the AbraQuest newsletter
  • Access to AbraQuest on line or Abraquest Reference CD
Support DOES NOT include:
  • Site visits
  • Data recovery (we will guide you in the process as long as you have carried out back ups as recommended by AbraQuest)
  • Customised changes
  • Major software release
Support costs - subscription
  • Year 1: FREE, included in licence cost (site visits not included)
  • 1 year subscription: £199 to include 1 year subscription to AbraQuest online or CD
  • 2 years subscription: £275 to include 2 year subscription to AbraQuest online or CD
Support costs - ad hoc
  • Software updates: £99 / release
  • Tel / email / online support: £15 / enquiry
  • Site visits: £25/h, minimum 2 hours (price applicable if located within 1 hour's travel from the AbraQuest office)
  • Books input in AbraQuest: �250/day (approx. 1000 books/day)
