Problems with Licence Keys

News for customers who have been experiencing problems with having to enter the licence key into Abraquest more than once.

The problem mainly affected users who switch users while Abraquest is running and have more than one copy of Abraquest running on the same PC under different users.

 

We have had a few attempts at fixing this, and at various points the resolution hasn't worked for everyone. Now we believe that it does.

Please ensure you upgrade to the latest version of Abraquest (2.7.7.0) which resolves these issues. This is of course free to all current Abraquest Software Assurance customers.

The update method is the usual one: Abraquest should prompt you to upgrade, and failing that you can also log into the schools area to download the latest version and install it on your library PC.
