Upgrade to Abraquest from another system for a bargain price

Do you already have an existing school library system? If so are you happy with it? Or are you finding its expensive? Did you know there may be an easy way to change?

One of the biggest things when getting a new system is that it needs to learn about the books that are in your library, so it can track them going in and out in the future.

This can be a barrier to change, because having invested the effort once over you may not like the idea of doing it again, even though the new system might better meet your needs and budget.

Well the good news is that we should almost certainly be able to use your existing school barcodes and labels, including the barcode scanner you are currently using. This will save you £100 + VAT immediately as you won't need a scanner from us or new labels.

Secondly, depending on your existing system, although the software may be the property of the software supplier (i.e. you are licenced to use it), your data is yours because its about your, your library, your pupils. It may be that we can translate this data from the old system into the new one prior to your going live with the new system. All the books, classes and children, and borrowing and reading history can sometimes be transferred.

How to know if its possible in your case? Please contact us and we will give you a method of uploading your database to us for examination. If transfer is possible, we usually charge a fixed fee of £300 + VAT for the transfer. If it costs more, we accept that cost because sooner or later we will come across another school with a similar problem, so sooner or later we will get the money back on time spent.

Interested? If so please contact us.
