Abraquest Announces New Pricing Structure and Upcoming Gold Edition

We are pleased to announce a new pricing structure for Abraquest as we continue to invest in the future development of the platform.

Over the coming months, we will be introducing a number of significant improvements and new capabilities, including enhanced integrations, updated documentation, additional reporting functionality, and ongoing modernisation of the platform.

Lower Upfront Cost for New Customers

To make Abraquest more accessible to schools and organisations of all sizes, we are substantially reducing the initial software purchase cost.

Previous Pricing

• £395 + VAT, then £19.95 vat per user (PC) that uses Abraquest
• Plus £100 + VAT for a quality laser scanner and 1000 barcodes

New Pricing

• £49.95 + VAT per library
• Plus £100 + VAT for a quality laser scanner and 1000 barcodes

Schools with existing systems can continue to use their existing scanner and barcodes, and as before we can convert your data to the Abraquest format for one off fixed price of £295 + VAT.

So the entry level price is typically £149.95 + VAT one off, six months software assurance for free, then with £164.95 + VAT per year for Bronze Abraquest Software Assurance!

If you already have a system and want your book and history data moving over to Abraquest the price is £344.95 + VAT one off, and the software assurance costs as above.

For this you are buying into over 20 years of experience as a school library package, with friendly help and advice, free training, support etc all part of the Bronze package.

Annual Pricing Update

As part of our continued investment into Abraquest, annual pricing will increase by 10%. This is the first price increase since 2013.

This adjustment supports:

• Infrastructure improvements and increased costs
• Continued customer support and product improvements

Bronze now costs £164.95 + VAT per year per library.

Silver is £219.90 + VAT per year per library.

Substantial discounts are available for multiple libraries/multiple schools.

Gold Edition Launching Next Week

We are also excited to confirm that the new Abraquest Gold Edition will launch next week.

Gold Edition will introduce:

• enhanced reporting capabilities
• additional new reports

Further details will be announced as part of the official launch.

New Integration Feature

Alongside the upcoming Gold Edition release, we will also be introducing a new cloud integration feature which will be available at no additional cost to all customers with active Abraquest Software Assurance, regardless of edition level.

The new Gold Edition itself will offer additional premium reporting and enhanced functionality aimed at schools requiring deeper reporting and analysis capabilities.
