Help: Missing Pupils?

Now you are back from the school holidays, is Abraquest missing pupils? Read on for further information.

Many schools set up Wonde integration earlier this year.

Now, instead of loading in a spreadsheet from the school management system, Wonde enables automatic daily syncronisation of pupils between your school management system and Abraquest.

We are getting a number of calls this year, not how do I load the spreadsheet, but OMG all my pupils have gone. Which is the reason for this blog post.

The pupils haven't gone, what has happened is that your form group codes in your school management system have changed. So Abraquest has hidden the old ones as they are no longer in use.

To correct this situation, enter the new form groups you want to appear in Abraquest, into Class/Tutor Group Maintenance in system admin, then run the Wonde Pupil sync from the Help menu.

If you can't add the new form groups, if they are already there, unhide them and clear the Wonde Id (by pressing the edit button and saving your changes afterwards) in Class / Tutor Group Maintenance, then run the Wonde Pupil Sync from the Help menu.
